Headspace Analysers (MAP Quality Control)
In the quality control of modified atmosphere packaging, headpace analysers are suitable for random measures of the quality of the air in the space between the product and the pakcage.
ADEV headspace analysers allow the instantaneous visualization of Oxygen value (or O2/CO2 mixture) and to send data to a PC for filing keeping and/or to a printer to have a printed record.
The CO2 measure is performed by a very accurate infrared sensor while the O2 can be alternatively measured by zirconia or electrochemical sensor.
