In the quality control of modified atmosphere packaging, in line analysers perform a continuous measure of the gas used by the packaging machine to seal the products into the package.
ADEV in line analysers can be integrated on every type of packaging machine (horizontal and vertical), new or already existing. The display allows the instantaneous visualization of Oxygen value (or O2/CO2 mixture) and it's possible to send data to a PC or to the packaging machine acquisition system for record keeping.
The CO2 measure is performed by a very accurate infrared sensor while the O2 can be alternatively measured by zirconia or electrochemical sensor.
Model FP 403 (zirconia / IR) is available in combined version with in line + spot measure (during spot mesure, in line functions are frozen).
