In Situ Analysers (probes) for Process Temperatures up to 800°C
In situ analysers are a simple and economic solution to perform Oxygen measures where an extractive system is not strictly necessary. The particular feature to have very fast response time, makes this type of analysers very appreciated where a regulation is needed (typical application is combustion control).
For temperature range from ambient to 800°C, ADEV can propose three different models:
- Model M7873. Suitable for small-medium plants. Immersion lengths up to 300 mm.
- Model 7873. Suitable for heavy duty applications (electric power industry, big industrial boilers and incinerators) and can be provided with immersion lengths up to 2 mt.
- Model M7873 H2O. Specifically designed for Water Vapor measurements in Air
A really in situ measure
ADEV models are really in situ analysers as the sensor is on the tip of the instruments, protected by a filter, and contact the process gas only by diffusion.
No sucking means no risk of plugging. In this way the measure is extremely reliable and maintenance costs are lowered.
